The Food, especially breakfast, was perfect . The staff were perfectly cooperative and supportive . The only negative points for the hotel was the Parking which despite the hotel announcement in the booking for parking free in a safe area in the Hotel Parking , My car for the whole 5 days was parked in front of the Hotel which was not good at all :( . Secondly , The water of the pool was very cold and despite the request to the hotel by several guests , this issue was not solved by HOTEL . we couldn't use the HOTEL pool at all. :(

I often stay at Ibis during my trips because I like size of the room and the fact they have quite a few services. For instance I appreciated that restaurant is operative all day till 10pm. The main reason I am writing this review is to warn guests that despite it is not the centre of Istanbul you will have tramway blue line (stop Mehmet Akif) just 5mins walk away from the hotel and then you can reach Sultanhament / Cemberlites / Port Area directly (no changes needed) in 40mins. Cafe and restaurants are around the hotel too. Breakfast is excellent.

The staff were extremely professional and welcoming throughout my stay. I really appreciated their helpful attitude and quick service whenever I needed something. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and everything, from the lobby to the rooms, felt fresh and comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing, giving a nice sense of comfort after long days out.

The service is fantastic, the girls at the reception are very polite and always ready to help. It feels like being at home. I had an issue with the airline, and they were extremely willing to assist me to the fullest. For anything you need, they are very kind and simply amazing.

Hotel located in regular, non-tourist district of the city. Were are few fine cafes nearby and also shops and grocery stores. Closest tram station in less than 10 minutes walk away. Breakfast was really good, and family room was spacious. So, if you understand that this is Ibis Styles and don't pay much attention to the number of the stars, then you know that you get, and will be enjoyed.

A typical business hotel. The room was nice with an open view from the window, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the shower - great rainfall showerhead and a unique, convenient mixer tap. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was great, and the rooms were spotless, bright, and comfortable—making for a fantastic stay. What truly stood out was the excellent service, the convenient pay-later reservation option, and the overall quality of the hotel. These factors made me choose this hotel again, and I will definitely keep it as my top priority for future stays. Highly recommended!

the hotel is very very clean gym is amazing the staff in the hotel are very very kind nice people the do everything to make you feel comfortable i most definitely recommend the girls in the reception so kind and sweet the guys in the front door serkan so nice person wow and reception girls berfinay and serra amazing also the girl in guest relations she is very kind thank you 🙏 so much for having us as your guest

Fabulous Hotel, very clean, amazing staff (special thanks to Omar and Sara at the reception who are extremely nice and welcoming). The rooms are good size with amazing views over the city. The breakfast is very good with lots of options, Turkish tea is great and is available all day for free. Swimming pool is great but needs to be more warm in winter times.
